You are seeing this page instead of the site you expected,  because you have not changed or using correct name servers for your domain name. If you won't update/change name servers your site will not point towards your hosting account and you will not be able to browse it.

Please login to your client area and update name servers, you can find name servers details in your hosting account activation e-mail or contact with support to assist you.

After name server update you may not be able to see changes because of slow Dns propagation process which may take up to 24 hours to complete.
